1.1 Corporate & Identity Information (KYB/KYC)
We operate primarily as a Business-to-Business (B2B) entity. To comply with global advertising standards and prevent fraud, we collect Business Details including company name, registration number, tax ID, and registered address. We also collect Representative Details such as the name, email address, and proof of identity (passport or ID) of the authorized signatory, as well as Verification Documents like Articles of Incorporation, Certificates of Good Standing, or other documents required for our internal "Know Your Business" (KYB) due diligence process.
1.2 Financial, Technical & Usage Data
We collect Billing Data, including bank account details and invoicing addresses, as well as Cryptocurrency Data such as public wallet addresses and transaction hashes (TXID) for payment reconciliation. Note that we do not store private keys or direct access credentials to your funds. Additionally, we collect Technical & Usage Data, which includes Device Data (IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times when you use our Client Portal) and Campaign Data regarding the advertising materials, landing pages, and target demographics you provide for campaign management.

Our agency utilizes internal analytical tools (including our "Ads.Core" engine) to analyze market trends and auction dynamics. These tools process publicly available market data and aggregated campaign statistics. They do not process Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of end-users unless explicitly required for attribution (e.g., pixel tracking) and strictly in accordance with the policies of the respective Advertising Platforms.
We do not sell your personal or business data. We may share information only in the following regulated scenarios: with Advertising Platforms where we may disclose your business identity or creative assets to advertising networks (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) strictly for the purpose of account verification and campaign approval (Whitelisting); with Service Providers who assist in hosting, KYC verification, or analytics, bound by strict confidentiality agreements (NDAs); and for Legal Requirements if required by Indonesian law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
Our headquarters are located in Indonesia. However, our services and partners are global. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Indonesia or other jurisdictions where our servers or advertising partners operate. We maintain appropriate data transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data remains protected.
We employ enterprise-grade security measures to protect your information. This includes Encryption, where all sensitive data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via SSL/TLS. We utilize strict Access Control, meaning access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel (Account Managers and Compliance Officers) on a strict need-to-know basis. We retain your corporate and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may retain certain information (such as invoices and KYB records) for a period of up to 5 years after the termination of our relationship to comply with tax and legal obligations in Indonesia.
